If you never received your wristbands, you can head to the box office once you arrive at the festival and we will be able to provide a replacement for you! Please bring your order number from Front Gate Tickets along with your government-issued ID.
The box office is located directly next to the festival entrance at 150 River St, Chattanooga, TN 37405.
The box office will be open during the following times:

Saturday 9/10: 11am-9:30pm
